West North West Transitions - building new pathways for retrenched workers

WCIG and CommUnity+ are pleased to be working together to deliver effective services for people who have recently faced or are currently facing redundancy/retrenchment.

Being made redundant for a role is a challenging time. It can mean a lot of uncertainty and loss of personal confidence. Often, the need for new skills, a reevaluation of career and many changes in the employment landscape face retrenched workers.

West North West Transitions is a new program designed specifically to work with people to gain confidence and skills to prepare to re-enter the workforce.

  • CTS1 Core Transition Services (Comprehensive Skills Assessment)
  • CTS2 Preparing, Planning and Applying for Jobs
  • ATS1 Resilience Training
  • ATS2 Language Literacy and Numeracy Support
  • ATS3 Digital Literacy
  • ATS4 Financial Management Information
  • ATS5 Exploring Self –Employment Options
  • ATS6 Health and Wellbeing Awareness Support
  • ATS7 Industry Awareness Experience

This program is funded by the Commonwealth Government.
