Vale Greg Herriman

05 Oct 2017 - Colleagues, Participants and Board members at WCIG are saddened by the sudden passing of Greg Herriman on Saturday 23rd September.

Greg worked at WCIG for just over eight years, most recently supporting people through the Social Enterprise Group.

He brought a great compassion and creativity to his work, getting involved whenever he could to find ways to help mold the future WCIG and encourage positive change in the lives of those who he supported.

Greg will be sadly missed by everyone at WCIG, especially the Social Enterprise Group and staff he worked so closely with. Our thoughts are with his family and those closest to him.

Greg’s original application for a role here in 2009 set the scene for his active participation in the life of our organisation and those he served. Greg wrote; ‘I am keen to explore new challenges and I am looking for opportunities to continue working to help make a difference to the lives of people living with disabilities and disadvantage.’

Thank you, Greg, for choosing to work here and for the difference you made in so many lives at WCIG.
