Recruitment/Screening

WCIG provides employers with motivated jobseekers, who have either undergone intensive pre-employment training or have previous experience in a related role.

Trained, experienced and pre-apprenticeship trainees.

We'll do the screening for you, to match our jobseekers to your available roles.

We work with you to ensure jobseekers are ready and able to undertake work from the moment they begin employment.

Supervision and support

WCIG assigns every employer their own account manager so that you can always reach someone during the initial employment period.

We can also provide onsite supervision for jobseekers if required.

Financial advice

Employees who have a disability, who have been unemployed for over a year, or who are from an Indigenous community, may be entitled to government subsidies to assist in their return to the workplace.

WCIG will provide you with information about government subsidies available when you employ one of our jobseekers.

Advice on workplace adjustments

Some employees may need specific equipment in order to do their job in the safest and most efficient way.

Most alterations to the workplace cost less than $500 and these changes make it easier for all staff to work effectively.

WCIG can visit your workplace and advise you of any changes needed to accommodate staff with disabilities.
